摘要
观察了染尘后大鼠体内ＬＰＯ的变化以及茶多酚对这种变化的影响。实验分为对照组、矿尘４０ｍｇ组、矿尘８０ｍｇ组和矿尘８０ｍｇ＋茶多酚组。结果表明染尘３个月时各级染尘大鼠体内ＬＰＯ含量明显增加；而矿尘８０ｍｇ＋茶多酚组大鼠体内ＬＰＯ含量则明显低于单纯染尘８０ｍｇ组。
The change of the cootents of LPO in rats liver, lungs and blood after instilling the tin mine dust and the effect of tea polyphenol on this chang were observed . The rats were divided into four groups: control group . mine dust 40mg, 80mg and 80mg + tea polyphenol group. The experiment duration was 3 months. The result showed that the contents of LPO in rats instilled were significantly higher than those in the normal control group : and the contents of LPO of the rats instilled mine dust 80mg with tea polyphenol were lower than those of the rats only instilled mine dust 80mg group.
