华枝睾吸虫病人治疗前后血清抗体的动态观察

Observation on dynamics of antibody level from pa- tients with clonorchis sinensis before and after treatment .

用ＥＬＩＳＡ检测华支睾吸虫病人治疗前后血清特异性抗体ＩｇＧ，并进行动态观察，结果表明。ＥＬＩＳＡ的阳性符合率为９７％，抗体滴度在治疗后３、６和１２个月时不断下降。轻感组约６个月抗体降至正常；中感组１年左右；而重感组需１年半至２年。ＥＬＩＳＡ的阴转率随时间而增高。３、６和１２个月时的阴转率，轻感组分别为３５％、８４．６％、９３．６％：中感组为１８％、５６．７％、８９．７％：重感组为０％、２５％、５６３％。说明感染度与抗体滴度呈正相关，与ＥＬＩＳＡ的阴转率呈负相关。

This paper reports the observation on dynamics of serum specificy antibody lgG from pa- tients with clonorchis sinensis before and after pyquiton treatment by ELISA. 97% was positive by ELISA. lt was needed for 6 months to 2 years after pyquiton treatment that the antibody level of the pa- tients decreased to normal , The negative conversion rate of ELISA incresed after pyquiton treatment for 3.6and.12months,it was 35%,84.6% and 93.6%for the low infective patients : 18% . 56. 7% and 89. 7% for middle infective patients: 0% , 25% and 56. 3% for high infective patients. Positive correla- tion was demonstrated between the antibody level in sera and the egg count/g in feces, negative cor- relation was demonstrated between the negative conversion rate of ELISA and the egg count/ g in feces .
