Hematocrit is one of a main parameter in hemorheological tests, and is an important factor which affects whole blood viscosity. But much information has still been neglected. So, whole blood hematocrit, free hematocrit, the difference between them(simplified difference) and the ratio between the difference and whole blod hematocrit(simplified difference/whole ratio) of normal people, patients with cerebral thrombus, cerebral bleeding or hyperlipoidemia were observed. The results suggested that the difference and difference/whole ratio are more valuable, they can provide more information and helpful to observe the effect of treatment in those patients mentioned above.
