摘要
经微量全血EB病毒转化法建立了-Ring(13)染色体B淋巴母细胞株(JMSR13),该细胞呈悬浮生长,核型为2n=45,XY/46,XYring(13)。细胞群体倍增时间为54hr/代。Ring(13)染色体在复制时的交换次数是构成ring(13)染色体倍性改变的原因,Ring(13)衍生染色体的随机断裂和其在有丝分裂中的不分离是其产生遗传学效应的主要根源。
A B-lymphoblastoid cell-line (JMSR13 ) was established by micro-whole blood EB virns transformation methed. The results showed that this cell line is a suspension culture with karytype 45,XY/46, XY, ring (13 ). The mean cell population doubling time was 54 hours. The times of sister chromatid exchange in ring (13) dring replication are the cause of derived ring 13 chromosome formation. The main genetic effects from ring 13 are ranlom breaking of derived ring 13 chromosome and 13 chromosome monograph by disjanction in mitosis.
