摘要
无论是以其通俗文化产品席卷世界各地的美国,还是英、法等有深厚文化背景的大国,抑或日、韩等急于在亚洲金融风暴过后重振"四小龙"雄风的小国,乃至像印度这样本土文化尚处于后殖民主义时期重压之下的国家,各国在推广本土图书方面都有许多值得我国借鉴和学习的做法。
Countries like America, Britain, France, South Korea etc., have excellent experience in popularizing their own books. Here are two aspects we learned from their experience: First, three “bottle-neck” problems have to be solved: the education and popularization of native language, the choosing of international market and the localization operation. Second, walk with “three legs”, which refers to making good use of power of relevant governmental departments, needs for publishing development and help from fields like education, science and technology etc.
