DCRV is an uncommon congental heart disease,frequently associated with other cardiac deformities. Its clinical manifestations are so complicated that it is diffient to make a correct dignosis in time. The authors have discussed in detail on the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and operative procedures about DCRV. It is strongly emphasized that the key to succes in surgical treatment is the precise diagnosis before operation and correctly dredging the exit of right ventricle is also mandutory.
