人肺癌组织耐药基因(MDR1)表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 应用PCR定量分析技术对104例肺癌患者的MDR1基因进行了前瞻性研究,结果发现,初治患者69%(55/80)有MDR1基因表达增高,而经过治疗的患者100%(24/24)有MDR1基因表达增高,其中小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的增高有显著意义(P<0.01),在没有经过治疗的患者,21%(18/80)MDR1表达量处于高水平,而经过治疗的患者,75%(18/24)MDR1表达量较高(P<0.01)。MDR1基因高表达的患者化疗有效率明显低于MDR1不表达或低表达的患者,其中以SCLC患者最为明显(P<0.01)。结果表明,检测肺癌患者尤其是SCLC患者的MDR1基因的表达情况,对临床指导化疗非常重要。 non small cell lung cancers(NSCLCs) and 40 small cell lung cancers(SCLCs) patients were measured MDR1 by PCR method in this retrospective study.The levels of MDR1 mRNA were expressed among previously untreated patients in 69% of all cases,80% of NSCLCs,50% of SCLCs.There was 100% of all tumors expressed MDR1 mRNA among pretreated patients and significant different in SCLCs ( P <0 01)。MDR1 expressed was low level among non treated one (21%) 75% for treated group ( P <0 01).That meaning was which MDR1 might be a sensitive item for clinical treatment,especially for SCLCs.
