摘要
今年3月以来,出现了境外媒体大量炒作中国出口产品质量安全风波。从事件本身看,这其中确有个别出口产品存在问题,但也有相当多是因为质量标准不同、或外方使用不当等引起的。出现这种情况,简单斥之为贸易保护主义,或者采取以牙还牙的贸易战是很难解决问题的。这次产品质量安全风波实际上给中国提出了一个新命题,即对外贸易中的国家形象公关问题。
Since March this year, a disturbance has arisen, where the overseas media heavily speculated the quality and safety of Chinese exported products. In view of the event itself, some problems indeed exist in individual exported products, but quite a lot of problems arise from different quality standard or improper use. It is difficult to solve the problems, if it scolds it for trade protectionism, or executes a trade battle with a tooth for a tooth. In the event a new proposition has been raised to China, that is the public relations of state image in foreign trade.
