医源性胆管损伤的预防及治疗

Prevention and treatment of iatrogenic injury of the biliary ducts

本文报告医源性胆管损伤25例，其中急诊手术损伤9例，择期手术损伤16例（1例系腹腔镜胆囊切除术中损伤）。文中重点对胆囊切除术中胆管损伤常见的5种原因与预防、损伤时术中及术后的临床特点和早期诊断、以及损伤后的处理原则与方法进行讨论。

This paper reports 25cases with iatrogenic injury of biliary Ducts. Among them,nine cases were injured in emergency operation and sixteen cases in selective operation including one case of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The causes,preventions,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment principles of the iatrogenic injury of bile ducts were emphatically discussed.
