摘要
目的研制葛根芩连巴布剂,优化其制备工艺。方法采用正交实验设计法选择葛根芩连巴布剂制备工艺条件。确定以快黏力、剥离强度、内聚力和外观综合得分为葛根芩连巴布剂制备工艺考察指标,对结果进行直观分析和方差分析。结果最佳工艺为a2b2c2d1。即浸膏粉用量为10%,基质配比为聚乙烯醇:明胶:羧甲基纤维素钠:卡波姆:聚丙烯酸钠:甘油/丙二醇:高岭土为1:2:0.4:1:1.5:4/6:4;在50℃炼合15min,经减压脱气后涂布。结论按最佳工艺条件制备的葛根芩连巴布剂具有良好的延展性,外观平整光滑,且能满足黏弹性要求。
Objective To filtrate the preparation techniques and matrix's prescription of Gegenqinlian cataplasm. Methods This study adopts the method of orthogonal design to filtrate matrix's prescription using adhesive force,adhesion strength,cohesive strength and appearance as indices.Results The best matrix's prescription of Polyvinyl Alcohol :Gelatin :Carboxymethylcellulose sodium :Carbomer :Sodium Polyacrylate :Glycerin/Propylene Glycol:Kaolin is 1:2:0.4:1:1.5:4/6:4.The best preparation technique of cataplasm is smelting 15min and piaster at 50℃. Conclusions We get the best Gegenqinlian cataplasm with the filtrated preparation techniques.
