锦州市3356名大学生口腔健康知识调查分析

The Analysis of Survey on 3356 Jinzhou College Students' Oral Health Knowledge

目的了解锦州地区大学生口腔健康知识知晓情况,为实施口腔健康指导计划提供基线资料。方法对三所大学的3356名在校学生进行了口腔健康知识封闭式问卷调查,用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果锦州市大学生口腔健康知识知晓率较低,总正确率为59.7%;女生明显好于男生(男生55.9%、女生62.7%,2χ=290.148、P<0.01);医学专业明显好于非医学专业(医学生63.4%、非医学生57.0%,2χ=247.755、P<0.01);医学专业中口腔专业明显优于非口腔专业(口腔专业学生66.8%、非口腔专业学生62.3%,2χ=41.661、P<0.01);随着受教育年限的增加,正确率明显提高。结论当地大学生的口腔健康知识知晓情况较差,口腔健康教育急需加强;建议在大学生健康教育课中增加口腔保健知识,并进行刷牙实践教学。

Objective This paper is to investigate Jinzhou college students＇ oral health knowledge,and to provide line-based information for implementing the instructive plan for oral health. Methods 3356 undergraduates from three Jinzhou colleges take a closed-questionnaire on oral health and it has statistically analyzed the result by SPSS11.5. Results The college students lack the basic oral health knowledge.Only 59.7% of the students answered correctly.The female students were significantly better than the male students.（55.9% for boys,62.7%for girls,χ2=290.148,P〈0.01）.The medical students were significantly better than other students.（63.4% for the medical students,57.0% for other students.χ2=247.755,P〈0.01） The students who major in oral cavity were significantly better than other medical students（66.8% for the students who major in oral cavity,62.3% for other medical students,χ2=41.661,P〈0.01）.The rate of correctly answering significantly increased with the increase of the educational span. Conclusions The college students was short of oral health knowledge and appropriate oral health education should be strengthened.Oral health education should be added to the college education,and teeth-brushing education should be put into practice.
