抗抑郁药物合并心理护理治疗老年抑郁病的临床观察

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Aged Receiving Treatment of Antidepressant Drugs

目的研究心理护理干预合并抗抑郁药物治疗对老年抑郁病人康复过程的影响。方法将社区散居老年抑郁病人随机分为:治疗组(应用抗抑郁药物治疗的基础上施以心理护理干预);对照组(单纯应用抗抑郁药物治疗),定期对两组进行比较分析。结果经过抗抑郁药物合并心理护理干预治疗的患者,生活的态度和质量均呈现明显积极的变化,依汉密顿抑郁量表(HRSD)进行评定。结论抗抑郁药物合并心理护理干预治疗对老年抑郁病人康复有积极的效果。

Objective To study the influence of psychological interference on the treatment of depression for the aged.Methods Aged patients of depression were divided at random into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.As for the former group,psychological nursing intervention was implemented based on the relevant factors which might lead to psychological problems.With the second group as contrast,comparative analysis was conducted on a regular basis.Results Through psychological nursing interference,positive changes have taken place for the aged patients of depression and their living standards have been improved.According to the evaluation by HRSD,the depression symptoms for the experimental group have been relieved distinctively.Conclusions Psychological nursing interference is effective in dealing with the treatment of depression for the aged.
