大鼠内侧膝状体与中脑的纤维联系—HRP微电泳法

摘要 应用 HRP 微电泳法对大鼠内侧膝状体与中脑的纤维联系进行了研究,实验结果证明大鼠内侧膝状体不但与同侧下丘各核群间存在广泛的纤维联系,而且与对侧下丘中央核、双侧上丘灰质层和同侧丘系旁核间均存在纤维联系。 Connects of the medial geniculate body with midbrain were observed by using the method of HRP microelectrophoresis in rats.These experimental results showed that the medial geniculate body was widely connected not only with the various nuclear groups of the inferior colliculus on the same side,but also with the central nucleus in the inferior colliculus on the opposite side,with the layer of gray substance of the superior colliculus on both sides,and paralemniscal nucleus on the same side.
