摘要
应用正交试验法探讨从野罂粟全草中提取总生物碱的最佳条件。结果表明:以酸水渗漉,浓缩倍数1/16,碱沉为最佳。
The best condition of alkaloid extraction from Papaver nudicaule L. was studied with orthogonal test.It indicated that acid water percolation,alkaline percepitation and concentration to 1/16 were the best conditions.
