The art of vocal music is a kind of manifestation of music and literature combined together. As an important part of vocal music, language can pass on feelings and thoughts to the audiance directly. But a knotty problem that has bothered the teachers of vocal music in Xinjiang for a long time is that the pronunciation habit of Xinjiang Chinese dialect produces a very bad influence upon vocal music teaching. In order to solve this problem, we have to find out the characteristics of pronunciation of Xinjiang Chinese dialect , and then try various measures to remove this bad influence. Only in this way can we express the implication of the lyrics of a song with a good pronunciation and singing method. We should master the regulations of articulation to the degree of pronouncing every word correctly and clearly so that we can greatly display the charm of vocal music singing.
