鼻内镜术治疗鼻窦霉菌球的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Mould Buld in Nasal Sinus

目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦霉菌球的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析42例经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦霉菌球患者的临床资料。CT 扫描显示所有患者鼻窦高密度影,伴钙化。结果所有患者均未见术中及术后并发症。术后病理检查证实42例均为鼻窦霉菌球。随访6个月至2年,未见复发,所有患者均获治愈。结论鼻窦霉菌球应根据鼻窦 CT 所示病灶范围选择相应的手术方式,术后反复冲洗窦腔,不必用抗真菌药物。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2007,7:309-310)

Purpose To investigate the therapeutic effects of endoscopic surgery on mould bulb in nasal sinus. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 42 cases with mould bulb in nasal sinus treated with endoscopic surgery in our department. The CT scans showed high density shadow in all 42 cases, with plaque shaped calcification. Results There were no intraoperative and postoperative complications. Forty-two patients were all diagnosed as mould bulb in nasal sinus pathologically. During 6 months to 2 years follow-up, there was no recurrence among all the patients. All the patients were cured. Condusious The surgical pattern for mould bulb in nasal sinus depends upon the range of lesion showed on CT. The operative cavity should be irrigated repeatedly following the surgery, no need of anti-fungus drugs generally. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol,2007,7：309-310）
