摘要 在汽车零配件装配生产线上,视觉检测系统已成为不可或缺的重要组成部分,以用于严格控制零件的装配质量。本文着重介绍了视觉检测系统设计的一般方法,并以弹簧组件的外观尺寸检测为例,探讨视觉检测中的精度问题在弹簧组件的测量参数中,弹簧和活塞直径用于辨别产品类型,而同心度的测量是保证整个产品贯通性、密气性的重要指标,需要严格加以监测。由于弹簧轮廓为不规则形状,又限于从产品侧面采集图像,不能直接测量弹簧和活塞的同心度,所以对测量算法提出了新的要求。在该系统中,为解决同心度检测精度问题提出了间距测量法和中心线测量法两种方案,并比较它们的检测效果,为系统设计提出相关意见。 On automobile parts assemble line vision system has been an important component, with the purpose of strict quality control. This paper will introduce a general method liar vision system design and make a discussion about the problem of precision in vision inspection. Some important parameters of spring components will be checked in this system. The diameters of spring and piston are used to discriminate differenl product types. Concentricity is an important specification for gas-tightness. On the ground of the irregular contour of spring, and because imaues are captured from aside, concentricity can not be directly inspected. In this case we bring forward new measuremenl solutions: gap distance measurement and central line measurement, in order to ensure inspection precision. With comparison of these two methods we can acquire a view to vision system design.
