二异丙醇胺改性酚醛树脂多元醇及聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的制备 被引量:4

摘要 利用二异丙醇胺与线性酚醛树脂多元醇PF-1反应制得改性酚醛树脂多元醇PF-2,分别将PF-1和PF-2与4110聚醚混合制备聚氨酯泡沫塑料。结果表明,改性前酚醛树脂多元醇PF-1在制备聚氨酯泡沫塑料时存在起发快、熟化慢等问题;采用二异丙醇胺改性的酚醛树脂多元醇PF-2发泡时乳白、拉丝和不粘时间与全4110聚醚泡沫相近,泡沫具有更好的阻燃、尺寸稳定性和抗压缩强度。 Modified phenolic polyol PF-2 was synthesized by way of reacting diisopropanolamine with linear phenolic polyol PF-1. PF-1 and PF-2 were mixed with 4110 polyether polyol respectively to prepare rigid polyurethane (PU) foams. Testing results showed that problems of too short creaming time and too long curing time arose when phenolic polyol PF- 1 prior to modification was used to prepare polyurethane foamed plastic. However, when PF-2 was used to prepare PU foams, its parameters of foaming as creaming, drawing and curing time were close to those of foams made by 4110 polyether polyol and the rigid foams made by PF-2 was of better flame retardance, dimensional stability and comprehensive strength.
