摘要
教师评价是师资队伍建设的核心问题。国内传统教师评价体系存在着评价内容简单化、评价目标功利化、评价标准统一化、评价动力单向化等问题。我国发展性教师评价体系应构建发展性和奖惩性教师评价有机结合的评价系统,并实施全方位反馈评价和全过程的教师表现管理和考核。
Teacher evaluation is a key issue in the construction of teacher contingent. In the traditional Chinese teacher evaluation system exist the problems of simplicity in content, utility in objective, unity in standard and unidirection in power. In the construction of the developmental teacher evaluation, we should combine the developmental evaluation and rewarding and punishing evaluation, and implement the omni-directional feedback evaluation and the whole process of teacher performance management and testing.
