This article not only introduces the method of using ion selective electrode to test successively K +,Na + in natural water, but also discusses the testing system, interference of other substanes. The experiment shows that when the density of other ions in natural water is less than 10 -4 mol/L, the linear scope of potassium electrode is 8×10 -6 mol/L~10 -1 mol/L,and the linear scope of the sodium electrode is 8×10 -5 mol/L~10 -1 mol/L. Its result is almost consistent with flame photometer, its relative error is generally smaller than 5%.
