高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌相关性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与浸润性宫颈鳞癌的相关性,为进一步研究云南省少数民族宫颈癌高危因素奠定基础。方法选择我院2005~2006年间经宫颈癌根治术后病理确诊的宫颈癌患者,其中11例为少数民族,19例为汉族,共计30例进行回顾性分析,将其石蜡标本及切片采用PCR和反向膜杂交技术,分型检测HPV高危致病型。结果30例宫颈鳞癌患者中,28例检测到高危型别HPV的DNA,检出率93.3%,其中最常见的HPV感染型别16、18亚型,复合感染6例;11例少数民族中,以HPV16型感染为主,6例复合感染病例中,少数民族占3例,其中2例16+33,1例16+18,复合感染中,少数民族占27.3%,汉族占15.8%。结论高危型别HPV感染与宫颈癌关系密切,复合感染中,少数民族占27.3%,汉族占15.8%,基于少数民族可能存在感染其它高危型别HPV,有必要对云南省少数民族地区宫颈癌HPV高危型进一步探讨。
