阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病肾功能的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病患者死亡的最主要原因之一,其早期病理主要为肾脏细胞增殖肥大,细胞外基质增多。最近研究表明他汀类调脂药对肾脏具有明显的保护作用,该作用不依赖于血脂状况的改善,而是通过抑制转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达,
