我院2003～2005年麻醉性镇痛药利用分析

Analysis of anesthetic sedative agents used in our hospital during the period of 2003-2005

目的评估我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况。方法采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)作为药物利用研究和评价单位,对我院住院部2003～2005年度12259张麻醉性镇痛药的处方进行回顾性统计分析。结果我院麻醉性镇痛药用于临床的共有5个品种3种剂型;所用药物的利用指数DUI均<1,大多数未超过0.5。结论我院麻醉性镇痛药管理符合国家规定,不存在药物滥用情况;在用于癌痛患者治疗中药物剂量明显偏小;吗啡作为WHO评价改善癌痛状态的指标,在我院用量偏小。

Objective To evaluate the application situation of anesthetic sedative agents in our hospital. Methods To use DDD and DUI that WHO recommended as the indexes of medicine utilization study and evaluation, 12259 prescriptions of anesthetic sedative agents in inpatient department of our hospital during the period of 2003-2005 were statistically analyzed. Results There were 5 kinds of commonly used anesthetic sedative agents in 3 dosage types altogether; the drug 0.5. Conclusion use index（DUI）of all the kinds were all less than 1, with the DU1 of the majority The medicine supervision complies with the relevant regulations in our hospital. at no more than The dosage for the treatment of cancer is lower than one needs.As the evaluation indicator of WHO cancer complaint amendment, the dosage of morphin is low in our hospital.
