摘要
以激光束矩量分析理论为基础,给出了有效积分区域的概念.讨论了系统动态范围与有效积分区域的关系,给出了增大有效积分区域的方法.分析了在基模高斯光束和高阶厄米-高斯光束测量中,系统动态范围对光束宽度测量精度的影响.通过具体的数据,得出了实际测量中对系统动态范围的一般要求.
On the basis of the laser beam moment analysis theory, the concept ofeffective integral region is proposed. The relation between dynamic range of themeasurement system and effective integral region is discussed. The method toenlarge effective integral region is given. Taking the measurement of fundamentalGaussian beam and high order Hermite-Gaussian beam as examples, the analysis ofthe dynamic range effect on measurement precision is made. The data indicate thatthe dynamic range have no great effect on measurement precision. The properdemand for the dynamic range in laser beam measurement is also proposed.
