降解性脂肪族聚酸酐与蓖麻油酸共聚物的合成与性能

摘要 以脂肪二酸(己二酸和癸二酸)及蓖麻油酸为原料,采用高真空熔体缩聚反应合成了新型脂肪二酸-蓖麻油酸共聚物.实验结果表明,蓖麻油酸与脂肪二酸共聚有效降低了聚合物的结晶度,对聚合物的热性能也有所改善,在通常环境条件下,所合成的共聚物具有良好的降解性. Copolymers of fatty diacids/ricinoleic acid were synthesized from adipicacid, sebacic acid and ricinoleic acid through vacuum-melt polycondensation. Thepolycondensation conditions were optimized. The relative molecular mass ofprepared polymer is as high as 13.8×10~4. The X-Ray diffration and differentialscanning calorimetry(DSC) results revealed that copolymerization brought greatlydown the crystallinities, hense the thermal properties were improved. Degradabilityof the copolymers were also measured. In comparasion with homopolymers, thesynthesized copolymers exhibited highly degridable trend in the usual enviromentconditions.
