摘要 基于国内现有的原料和设备条件,通过NBS烟箱测试的有关参数对软质PVC体系中的几种金属化合物及填料的抑烟、阻燃效果进行了较为系统的分析和研究.结果表明:ATH的加入使得烟密度和生烟速率显著降低,而且有效地推迟了发烟时间.CaCO_3不利于阻燃,但利于降烟,发烟时间也得到一定程度的推迟.各种金属化合物对软PVC体系的氧指数影响不大,对烟密度的影响差异很大,其中铜化物显出特别的优势.填料与金属化合物配合使用,阻燃效果和降烟效果都有显著提高. Based upon the practical situation of raw materials and equipments inChina the smoke suppression action and flame retardancy of flexible PVC formula-tions blended with some sorts of metallic compounds and fillers were comparedand scrutinized in the paper by means of parameters derived from NBS smoke box.The result shows that the smoke density and the ratio of smoke production aregreatly decreased and the time of smoke production is obviously retarded afteradding ATH. CaCO_3 is disadvantageous to the flame retardancy of flexible PVC,but it is of benefit to smoke suppression. Adding metallic compounds can makelittle effect on the LOI values of flexible PVC, but it greatly affects the smokedensity, especially the copper compounds. The flame retardancy and smoke suppres-sion of flexible PVC is obviously increased after adding both filler and metalliccompounds.
