摘要
本文运用实证方法研究了R&D团队人际信任形成的影响因素。研究结果表明,在主管信任方面,变革型领导行为与团队报酬产生了积极作用,且随着团队成立时间延长,团队报酬与信息相似性的正效应更加明显,变革型领导行为、团队报酬、任务依赖性、社会类别相似性、信息相似性对同事信任有积极影响,且随着团队成立时间延长,除了社会类别相似性外,它们的正效应被增强。
what are the determinants of team' s interpersonal trust is explored in this paper by empirical study.The results show that the transformational leadership and team-based salary also have positive effects on the members' trust to manger and the effects of team-based salary and similarity on information on the trust to manager becomes to be larger as time goes on. Additionally, transformational leadership, task interdependence, team-based salary, similarity of information, similarity of social category have positive effects on the members' trust to their colleague and these effects will be stronger as time goes on, exception of the relationship between similarity of social category and members' trust to their colleague.
