摘要
根据对转座子Tn5gusA5诱变甘蓝黑腐病菌所获得39株胞外多糖突变体的3种胞外酶活性和在含2%葡萄糖的NYGA培养基上的菌落形态的检测结果,将突变株分成5种类型。Southern杂交结果表明它们的突变位于基因组中的8个不同的位置。
The 39 exopolysaccharide deficient mutants of Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris, which were derived from the transposon Tn5gusA5 mutagenesis, were divided into five groups by their activities of three extracellular enzymes and colony phenotypes on the NYGA plates containing 2% glucose. Southern hybridization analysis revealed that their mutation sites were located respectively in eight different positions of the genome and one of them was located in the identified rpf regulatory gene cluster.
