摘要
根据一些药物经紫外光照射后发出的荧光强度与药物浓度有关这一原理,设计了一种能在位连续监测血药浓度的光纤传感器,该传感器采用了Y型光纤探头,可直接插入血液中进行测量。在探头端面处加了一细长的自聚焦透镜,可以提高探头的集光本领。仪器用计算机控制步进电机,使色散元件的转动与荧光信号的采集一一对应,从而可在屏幕上显示出波长-荧光强度-时间的三参数荧光光谱,提高了可视性。该仪器的检测极限可达μg/ml数量级,并可广泛应用于其它测量领域。
Based on the theory that the fluorescent intensity emitted from some pharmaceuticals when irradited with ultraviolet ray is relative to the concentration of pharmaceutical, authors designed a kind of optical fiber sensor which can continuously monitor the pharmaceutical concentration in blood. The sensor applied an optical fiber probe of Y-type and can directly insert the blood to perform the measurement. Adding a self-focus len on the top of the probe may improve the probe' s ability of collecting light. The equipment applied computer to control the stepward-motor which make the rora-tion of the chromatic dispersion element correspond to the fluorescent signal and may display on the screen the 3D fluorescent spectrum of wavelength-fluorescent intensity-time and improve the visibility. The detecting limit of the equipment can reach the grade of μg/ml. It can widely be applied in other detecting fields.
