摘要
介绍一种用于在复合振动状态下能准确测量振动角速率的压电陀螺传感器。由于传感器使用双组合式敏感梁并采取力学参数对称,电路参数补偿,同步反向激励,分输出相减,两只敏感梁在驱动轴上作等频、等幅、反相位振动等一系列技术措施,有效地消除了各种横向振动、冲击加速度的影响,保证了角速率的正确测量。
This is a piezoelectric gyroscopic sensor which is applied to measure the angular rate vibration accurately in the compound vibration conditions. Because of the adoption of the construction of double-deck sensitive beam, mechanical parameter symmetry, circuit parameter compensate,synchronous reverse excitation, the subtraction of the two output signals, the equifrequent, constant amplitude, reverse phase vibration of the two sensitive beam in the drive shaft and so on , this kind of sensor can eliminate the affection of many kinds of crosswise vibration and shocking. Thus, the accurate measurement of angular rate is engaged.
