摘要
图书馆改革人事制度起步较早,取得一些成果,但不少地区图书馆的改革则不了了之。本文通过对馆员管理中的问题分析,论述了图书馆改革人事制度所需要的条件,对图书馆当前改革工作提出了建设性意见。
Library starts the reform of personnel system earlier and makes some noticeable results, while libraries in some other areas leave the reform unresolved. This article demonstrates the necessary conditions of reforming personnel system according to the analysis of the problems emerged in the management of librarians, Simultaneously, some constructive suggestions on current reform work are put forward.
