摘要
用滴注方法在井式电阻炉中研究了含稀土元素的渗剂对20Cr、10钢碳氮共渗过程,分析了工艺过程中的影响因素,以及最佳的稀土碳氮共渗剂配方。实验表明,稀土元素对碳氮共渗有明显的催渗作用,而且可使工件的渗层显著加厚;本实验所得较佳渗剂配方是1000ml甲醇+24ml稀土+80g尿素+160ml甲酰胺+煤油。
The carbonitriding process of the infiltrating agent with rare earth elements on 20Cr, 10 steel was studied by drop-feed method in well resistant furnace, the influence factors in the process were analyzed. The results show rare earth elements have obvious catalytic effect during carbonitriding process, and can make the infiltrating layer become thicker. The better ratio of the infiltrating agent is carbinal: RE: urea: formamide= 1000 ml : 24 ml : 80 g : 160 ml,
