摘要
通过对2Cr13钢进行断裂韧性试验和疲劳试验,比较了2Cr13钢调质处理时在两种不同回火温度下的疲劳极限与断裂性能。结果表明,与970℃淬火+710℃回火工艺相比,2Cr13钢在970℃淬火+640℃回火后的强度和疲劳极限提高,塑性和断裂韧性降低。
The fatigue limit and fracture performances of 2Cr13 steel quenched and tempered with two different temper temperature were compared by the fi＇acture toughness test and fatigue test, The results show that, compared with 970℃ quench ＋ 710℃ temper craft, the strength and fatigue limit of 2Crl3 steel improve and plasticity and fracture toughness decrease at 970℃ quench ＋ 640℃ temper.
