摘要
对CrWMn钢制滚丝模采用碳氮共渗复合催渗工艺,使粗大的碳化物变细、分布均匀,在降低共渗温度、缩短共渗时间的同时,获得更高的表面硬度。滚丝模平均使用寿命从20万件提高到100万件,热处理能耗降低20%~30%,新工艺已应用于工业生产中,取得了显著的经济效益。
The carbonitriding compound heat treating was adopted on CrWMn thread rolling mold,The process can cause the thick carbide to get finer, the distribution to be even, and the surface hardness to get greater when the carbonitriding temperature and time decrease,And the average useful life of thread rolling mold enhances from 200 000 to 1 000 000, the heat treatment energy consumption reduces 20%~30%. The new craft has been applied in the industrial production, and obtains the remarkable economic efficiency.
