中国体育系统体育产业管理人才队伍状况及对策

Study on Status quo and Developing Strategy of Administrative Talents of Sport Industry in Sports System in China

采用文献资料调研、调查、比较分析和数理统计等研究方法,从体育产业管理人才概念的内涵与外延、分类及主要特征入手,揭示了我国体育系统体育产业管理人才的主要特点与职能,从总体规模、从业类别与岗位分布构成比、年龄、学历、外语水平、成才背景、区域分布、工作满意度、自我评价等方面了解了我国体育系统体育产业管理人才队伍建设的现状,指出了其存在的10大主要问题,分析了存在问题的主要原因,初拟了我圆体育系统体育产业管理人才队伍建设的长远与近期发展目标,制定了"分两步走"的发展规划,并提出了包括1个总指导思想和4项具体发展途径的基本对策。

Through using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,and through research on the definition, connotation ＆ extension, classification and main features of the managerial and administrative talents in sport industry in sports system in China, this paper explored the traits and functions of the managerial and administrative talents of sport industry in sports system in China, and investigated the scale, occupation type, age, educational level, foreign language level, intellect conditions, area distribution, work satisfaction degree, self-evaluation of the managerial and administrative talents in sport industry of sports system in China, Ten main problems are analyzed, We primarily put forward long-term and short-term goal,＇ two-step＇ development layout, and basal development strategy which includes one guiding idea and four main measures of building of managerial and administrative talents of sport industry in sports system in China.
