摘要
目的:通过安塞腰鼓训练对大学生身体机能影响的研究,探讨安塞腰鼓运动的健身价值,为其进入高校体育课程体系及大众健身领域提供科学依据。方法:非体育专业学生60名(男、女生各30名),随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30名(男、女生各15名),组织其进行为期16周的安塞腰鼓训练,每周3次,每次90 min。前10min为准备活动时间,中间75 min为腰鼓训练时间,最后5 min为放松整理时间。训练中的运动强度用心率来控制,保持在130~160次/ min之间。在实验前、后进行生理生化指标测试,并对结果进行比较分析。结论:长期系统的安塞腰鼓训练,有利于提高大学生的身体机能,改善其运动系统、心血管系统、氧转运系统和呼吸系统功能,对于促进大学生身体健康发展具有重要作用。
Through studying on effect of ansai waist drum on physical functions of college students,this paper discusses the physical exercise values of ansai waist drum and provides the scientific basis for entering the system of physical education curriculum and mass sports areas. Sixty non physical education major college students (male 30, female 30),are divided into experimental group and control group,30 students per group (male 15,female 15) for 16 weeks ansai waist drum training, 3 times per week and 90 minutes each time. The first 10 minutes is the warm up exercise,the next 75 minutes is for waist drum training and the last 5 minutes is relaxing. The exercise intensity is controlled by heart rate in training and keep it between 130-160 beat/min. The physiological and biochemical indexes are tested before and after experiment and the results were compared and analyzed. It concludes that the long-term system training of ansai waist drum not only benefit to increase the physical function,but also improve functions of loco- motor system, cardiovascular system,oxygen transportation system and respiratory system of college students. It plays an important role in promoting the college student's physical health development.
