摘要
本文对四种不同密度的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)的静态及动态力学性能进行了研究,并对分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)实验中RPUF试样的长径比进行了讨论。静态实验的结果说明了RPUF的弹性模量及屈服应力都随密度增加而增大,并且随密度增加,材料的屈服平台逐渐消失。
The static and dynamic mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF) plastics with different densities are investigated. The effect of the ratio of specimen length to radius in split Hopkison bar(SHPB) test is discussed. Static tests show that the modulus and the yield stress of RPUF increase with its density, and the increase of density will result in the gradual disappearance of the stress plateau in its stress strain curve. The SHPB tests show that RPUF is in some degree a strain rate sensitive material, and that its sensitivity decrease with the increase of its density.
