游泳运动和增龄对小鼠雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体表达的影响 被引量:9

The Effects of Swimming and Increasing Age on Estradiol and the Expression of the Estrogen Receptor of Mice

摘要 目的:观察游泳运动和增龄对小鼠雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体表达的影响。方法:ICR小鼠随机分为2月龄对照组(C_0)、10月龄基础对照组(C_1)、10月龄安静对照组(C_2)、10月龄每日运动组(S_1)和10月龄隔日运动组(S_2)。12周后对小鼠血清雌二醇和骨组织雌激素受体的表达进行测试。结果:1)随龄增加血清雌二醇E_2浓度出现上升,其中C_1和C_2组显著高于C_0组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。运动对血清E_2浓度的影响表现为S_1和S_2组均显著高于C_0、C_1和C_2组(均为P<0.01),同时S_1组略高于S_2组。2)随龄增加ER阳性细胞数的表达显著下降,其中C_1和C_2组显著低于C_0组(均为P<0.01)。运动使S_1和S_2组ER阳性表达数增加,但仍低于C_0组(P>0.05,P<0.01),显著高于C_2组(P<0.01,P<0.01)和C_1组。S_1与S_2组相比,S_1组表达较高。结论:随龄增加小鼠血清雌二醇含量和骨组织ER表达下降,运动能改善内分泌功能,促使雌激素含量和ER表达增加,提示对延缓骨丢失有益。 The aim of this study was to observe the effects of swimming and increasing age on estradiol and the expression of the estrogen receptor of mice. ICR mice were divided into five groups randomly:2 months control group(C0 ), 10 months basic group(C1 ), 10 months resting group (C2), 10 months swimming daily group (S1), 10 months swimming every other day group (S2). The estradiol and estrogen receptor were tested after 12 weeks. The result showed that the estradiol of serum increased. It was higher in C1 and C2 groups than those in Co group(P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). The index in S1 and S2 groups were higher than in Co ,C1 and C2 groups(all P〈0.01)and S2 group were higher than S1 group slightly. The expression of positive cells of estrogen receptor decreased significantly according to age. The index in C1 and C2 groups were lower than in Co group(all P〈0.01). The swimming made the expression increase in S1 and S2 groups,but lower than Co group(P〉0.05, P〈0.01 ), higher than C2 group significantly(P〈0.01, P〈0.01 ) and C1 group. The expression in S1 group was higher thanS2 group. It concluded that the estradiol of serum and expression of positive cells of estrogen receptor decreased according to age. The swimming could improve the index and delay the bone loss.
