尕海孤雌生殖卤虫罕见雄体的培养及其与中华卤虫的杂交

Rare Male Culture from Artemia Parthenogenetica of Gahai and its Cross Breeding with Artemia Sinica

从中国青海尕海盐湖孤雌生殖卤虫种群中筛选出一个罕见雄体发生率较高的克隆,罕见雄体的发生率为3.1%.实验室批量保存了本克隆的休眠卵.利用该罕见雄体与中华卤虫的雌体进行了杂交实验,产生可育的 F_1代和可成活的 F_2代,但杂交后代(特别是 F_2代)出现杂种破落现象.认为孤雌生殖卤虫与亚洲的两性生殖卤虫(A.urmiana 和 A.sinica)具有较近的亲缘关系.

One clone with higher rate of rare males from one female of Artemia parthenogenetica of Gahai （Qinghai, China） was selected. The rate of rare males is 3.1%. Cysts of this clone are kept in our laboratory. Cross breeding test of the rare males with females of Artemia sinica （Shanxi, China） produced fertile F1 and viable F2 progeny, but hybrid breakdown were seen especially in F2 generation. All available information together suggests that parthenogenetic Artemia has closer relationship with A. urmiana and A. sinica.
