摘要 目的:为解决天门冬种子发芽率低,并且发芽的整齐度不高,出苗所需时间长的问题.方法:以当年采摘的天门冬种子为试验材料,对其萌发特性及适宜的萌发条件进行了研究.结果:种皮对天门冬种子萌发无明显抑制作用,去皮对天门冬种子萌发不利;天门冬种子浸泡48~96 h显著促进其萌发,但天门冬种子不含可溶性的种子萌发抑制物质,40 ℃和60 ℃水浸泡和黑暗条件对天门冬种子萌发较为有利;室温湿沙储藏(种沙比1∶3)是较好的储藏方式.结论:天门冬种子为嫌光性种子,不含水溶性萌发抑制物质,40~60 ℃水浸泡种子能明显缩短发芽时间,提高发芽率,使发芽整齐而集中. Objective: To solve the problem of low germination rate, low orderliness and long seedling time of Asparagus Sprengreri Seed. Method: To study germination trait and suitable germination conditions of Asparagus sprengreri seed, which had been picked at the same year. Results: Seed-coat had no obvious inhibitory effect on germination of Asparagus sprengreri seed, and removed it might be disadvantaged to germination. Soaking it for 48 - 96 h would promoted seeds germination obviously, and the seed contained no solu- ble inhibitiory materials. It was benefit for germination When seeds were treated with water at 40 ℃ or 60 ℃and germinated at darkness. The better method of the seed storage was in wet sand ( seeds : sand = 1 : 3) at common temperature. Conclusion- Asparagus sprengreri seed disliked light, and had no soluble inhibitory materials. Soaking seeds at 40 - 60 ℃ might shorten germination time and increase germination rate significantly, and made the germination regular and centralized
