全髋关节置换术后金属离子生物学活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 全髋关节置换术金属对金属假体,尤其是第二代假体在配伍、制作设计和工艺上均有较大改进,能更好地满足临床要求。但金属假体植入人体后产生大量金属离子,可引起假体周围巨噬细胞凋亡、坏死,刺激假体周围活性细胞分泌各种炎性因子而介导假体周围骨溶解;可引起手术部位及全身的过敏反应,可能与假体周围骨溶解密切相关;还可通过离子与DNA聚合物的形成、基因突变、DNA损伤,引起假体周围细胞基因表达异常和肿瘤发生。该文就金属离子的细胞毒性、过敏性、基因毒性和致癌性作一综述。
