摘要
研究了高压铸造条件下,富Ce稀土和Sr的添加对锌合金凝固组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在压铸条件下,富Ce稀土和Sr能优化压铸件微观组织,细化晶粒,抑止杂质元素的有害影响,使其力学性能得到提高。
The effects of adding cerium-rich rare earth and strontium elements on solidified microstructure and mechanical properties of zinc aluminum alloy under die casting were studied. The results show that the addition of Ce RE and Sr to the alloys can efficiently optimize the microstructure, fine the grains and inhibite the harmful affect of the impurities to the die castings, therefore improve the mechanical properties of the alloys.
