Research of the Countermeasures of Helping the Poverty during the Eleventh Five Years' Plan in Qiandongnan

黔东南是一个"三不沿"的老、少、边、穷地区,贫困面积大,人口多,尤其是居住在边远山区的农民,目前还处在温饱线下,因此,关注农民、关注农民的民生问题,是建设社会主义新农村的核心问题。如何采取切实有效措施,解决好黔东南州大多数农民的生计问题,使他们尽快摆脱贫困,走上小康之路,就成为各级党委、政府及广大干部工作的头等大事。

Qiangdongnan is a rather poor region with heavy population, especially many farmers living in remote areas who are still toiling all the year round without enough to eat and wear. It is an important issue to care about them and concern them. How to solve this problem is the primary matter for all the leaderships of different levels.
