Using the Scientific Developing Concept to Guide the Construction of Basic Level Party Organizations

在新的历史条件下,以科学发展观为统领,切实加强高校基层党组织建设,对于加强党对高校的领导,办好社会主义高校,促进高校改革发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文从理顺工作思路、创新工作机制、拓展工作方式、搭建工作载体等四个方面,对高校基层党组织如何以科学发展观来指导工作的创新发展展开阐述。

Under the new historical condition, it is very important to use the scientific developing concept as the guidance, to strengthen the construction of the basic level Party organization and to promote the development of education reform. The paper, from the four respects, discusses how to use the scientific developing concept to guide the Party＇s construction.
