摘要
通过综合分析我国企业跨国并购成败的案例,重点提出了基于核心竞争力的企业并购指标评价体系,确立了"协同性、成长性、整合性、风险性"四个并购准则和13个具体指标,并以此提出了并购评价的模型,具有一定的理论意义和现实的应用价值。
In this paper a comprehensive analysis of Chinese enterprises,transnational mergers and acquisitions success or failure of the case on the basis of the full study on the basis of the literature,based on the core competitiveness of the M & Evaluation System,established a "synergy,growth,integration risk"acquisition criteria and four 13 specific indicators,and on this basis the acquisition evaluation models,which have a certain theoretical and practical significance.
