摘要
大容量电炉短网与空心电极是中小型电炉向大容量型电炉发展、过渡的桥梁,也是矿热炉(电石炉、工业硅炉、铁合金电炉等)执行准入条件的必经之路。在电炉短网、电极上缓解、避开大容量电炉短网强大电磁场的干扰、阻碍,可使电炉顺利达到环保、节能、安全、高效的目的。
Large capacity furnace short network and hollow electrode are served as the link for medium/small capacities furnaces transiting to the large ones. It is the only way for submerged arc furnaces (calcium carbide electric furnace, industrial silicon electric furnace and ferroaUoy electric furnace) to execute the industial permission. So long as the short network and electrode can avoid the interference with powerful electromagnetic field of large capacity furnace, the furnace can attain the goals of environmental protection, energy saving, safety and high efficiency.
