摘要
以甲醇-水为流动相,用RP-TLC确定了二茂铁磺酸酯RP-HPLC的分离条件.结果表明同系物的保留值RM,lgk′分别与烷基碳原子数及流动相中甲醇的含量呈线性关系,并随烷基碳原子数的递增而增大.
The separation conditions of RP-HPLC for ferrocene sulfonates have been determined by means of RP-TLC using methyl alcohol-water as a mobile phase. The found between the values of the Rm, lgK' of homologs and the carbon ferrocene sulfonates, the fraction of methyl alcohol in the mobile phase, the more the carbon number of the alkyl is, the bigger the retention value is.
