摘要 航空公司和飞机维修基地以及航空接触器生产厂家普遍使用的传统手工测试航空接触器设备具有维修技术落后、生产效率低等问题,针对这些问题设计了航空接触器自动测试设备——航空接触器综合测试系统。该系统采用C8051F020和C8051F005作为核心芯片,采用三级集散控制系统(DCS)的设计思路,能够完全自动地对航空接触器进行各项参数的检测,判断产品好坏,并将所测结果进行数据库管理,提高了维修技术和生产效率。 Testing equipment for aerial contactors is commonly used in aviation companies, aircraft maintenance bases, and aerial contactor manufaeturers. While some problems, e.g. the backward maintenance technologies and low production efficiency are existing in traditional manual testing equipment of aerial contactors. To overcome those problems, automatic testing equipment for aerial contactor ( integration test system for aerial contactor) is designed. In this system, C8051F020 and C8051F005 are chosen as the core, and the design concept of three-level distributed control system (DCS) is adopted. Each of the parameters of aerial contactor can be detected for quality control. The test results are handled through database management. With this system, the maintenance technologies are enhanced and the production efficiency are increased.
