摘要 文章主要针对不同型式(主要涉及隔爆型、增安型)、不同隔爆结构(平面式、止口式、圆筒式、螺纹式)、不同材质(不锈钢、碳钢、铝、铜及塑料、橡胶、涂层等)的防爆电气产品,在海洋盐雾及二氧化硫腐蚀环境中进行人工模拟加速试验,得出材料耐蚀情况以及腐蚀环境对防爆结构破坏的特点和对电气防爆安全性能的影响。 This article forcus on the accelerated corrosion tests performed on several types of explosion proof electrical apparatus in the simulated sea salt mist or sulfur dioxide environments. The testing samples are selected from different explosion protection types (Ex "d" and Ex"e"), different structures ( flanged joints, spigot joints, cylindrical joints, threaded joints for flameproof) and different materials (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, rubber and coatings). It is concluded the anti - corrosive results of materials and the damaged degrees of the different structures of flameproof products in such corrosive environments, furthermore, it summarizes the affects of the different factors mentioned above on Ex safety performance of explosion protected apparatuss. It is valuable reference of this experimental research in Ex field.
