It is very important of resin - sand technology applied in casting for increasing the quality of the cast. The issues are pointed out those arose resin- sand technology applied in the production in bitch of casts used in high - voltage Ex motors, such as the quality control of casting, control of the temperatures and design of fixtures. In this article, some corresponding measures are put forward and they are satisfied as the results of verification for these measures.
